Questions
We handle bookkeeping, year-end accounts and Corporation Tax, MTD VAT returns, payroll, Self Assessment and statutory audit. Our clients are UK sole traders and limited companies that want their filings done correctly and on time without chasing an accountant for answers.
We access your records through named user accounts with two-factor authentication, share documents through encrypted channels and keep only what the law and your engagement require. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold and for how long.
Yes. We work directly in the major cloud accounting packages, so you keep your data, your bank feeds and your login. If you are still on spreadsheets, we can set up a cloud system for you.
The Money Laundering Regulations 2017 require every accountancy practice to verify a new client's identity before acting. We ask for photo ID and proof of address, and for companies we also check directors and people with significant control.
Most small companies are exempt, but some are not — for example because of their group structure, their sector or a request from shareholders or a lender. We check your position during the introductory call and tell you plainly.
